Clarity of fees and visibility of costs
PRIMALEX – Haymoz Avocat's fees are determined based on the nature of the case, its complexity, the importance of the interests at stake, and the time spent on the file. They are generally calculated on an hourly rate basis.
An initial 45-minute consultation is offered at a flat rate of CHF 100.–. This allows you to explain your situation, obtain an initial legal opinion, and identify possible courses of action. Consultations can take place in Fribourg, Payerne, via videoconference, or in person when the situation requires it.
In cases of limited financial resources, the firm can assist the client with legal aid procedures. If the client has legal expenses insurance, the firm will also assist them in handling the case.
